Researchers from the University of Skövde, in collaboration with VERIGRAFT, RISE Research Institutes of Sweden and SciCross were recently granted a research project where they will develop an AI-based method to predict quality parameters during vascular graft manufacturing. The graft to be tested is an ATMP (Advanced Therapy Medicinal Product) developed by VERIGRAFT.
The goal is to provide patients with faster access to new treatments for severe diseases. The project is financed by VINNOVA with close to SEK 6 million and project leader is Jane Synnergren, Professor of Bioinformatics at University of Skövde
