The second quarter of 2026 marked an important transition for VERIGRAFT as the company moved from regulatory preparation into operational execution of its pivotal Phase II/III clinical trial (TECVI-2).
During the quarter, VERIGRAFT advanced several key activities supporting the clinical trial program. Following regulatory approval to initiate the study, the company signed an agreement with global CRO TFS Healthscience, progressed site initiation activities in Spain, and established a manufacturing collaboration with BBG Advanced Therapies in the United States to support technology transfer and future clinical manufacturing.
Beyond the clinical program, VERIGRAFT continued to strengthen its tissue engineering platform through ongoing research projects, technology development and intellectual property activities.
The company also further strengthened its financial position, supporting continued clinical execution and the next phase of VERIGRAFT’s development.
